11. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CFJ-LINK eSIM platform in any way (including the website, mobile application, and API), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please immediately cease all use of the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CFJ Global LLC ('CFJ-LINK', 'we', 'us'). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be published on the official website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. Service Nature (Data-Only Channel)

CFJ-LINK provides a data-only eSIM service. This service does not assign traditional PSTN telephone numbers, does not support circuit-switched voice calls, and does not support sending or receiving SMS messages.

Third-party services that depend on traditional telephone channels (including but not limited to bank SMS verification codes, voice-based registration verification, and traditional MMS) may not function through this service. Users must independently assess such dependency risks. CFJ-LINK bears no liability or compensation obligations for any functional limitations arising therefrom.

33. Emergency Call Disclaimer (E911)

CRITICAL WARNING: This service does not support or route any official emergency service calls (including but not limited to 911, 112, 999, and other emergency service numbers) in any country or jurisdiction.

CFJ-LINK provides data channel services only and cannot provide users' physical location information to local emergency services. You must always maintain a backup device connected to a traditional local carrier network to ensure access to local emergency services in an emergency.

CFJ-LINK and its parent companies, affiliates, shareholders, directors, employees, and agents bear no legal liability for any personal injury, property damage, or legal consequences resulting from the inability to reach emergency services while using this service.

44. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

Users must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations when using this service, including telecommunications laws in the destination country or region. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using this service to distribute illegal content, malware, computer viruses, or to conduct any form of cyberattack;
• Using this service to commit fraud, money laundering, improper fund transfers, or any other conduct violating AML/CFT regulations;
• Using this service to circumvent network access management measures lawfully established in your jurisdiction;
• Violating OFAC or other applicable sanctions regulations by providing access or services to sanctioned individuals or entities;
• Reverse engineering, cracking, or any unauthorized access to the platform's backend systems;
• Selling, transferring, or sharing your eSIM profile with third parties for commercial purposes in any form.

55. Payment & Refund Policy

The platform supports multiple payment methods including but not limited to major credit and debit cards (Visa/Mastercard), digital wallets, and multiple digital currencies. Upon payment completion, the eSIM profile is generated and delivered to the user immediately.

Due to the immediate and irreversible carrier costs incurred upon eSIM profile generation and delivery, delivered profiles are generally non-refundable, except in the following circumstances: (1) a platform-wide service outage caused by CFJ-LINK itself; (2) the profile cannot be activated on the target device due to a technical issue confirmed by our technical team as unresolvable.

Refund requests must be submitted through official support channels within 48 hours of discovering the issue. We will complete verification within 5 business days of receiving the request. Activated plans that have generated usage are not covered by the refund policy.

66. Intellectual Property

All content on the CFJ-LINK platform, including but not limited to software code, user interface design, brand identity, technical documentation, and databases, is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, and is owned by CFJ Global LLC or its licensors.

No person may reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit such content in any form without written authorization from CFJ Global LLC. These Terms do not grant users any license or rights beyond normal use.

77. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CFJ-LINK and its affiliates are not liable for losses arising from: (1) insufficient network coverage or carrier service outages; (2) user device incompatibility with eSIM specifications; (3) functional failures of third-party services due to the absence of traditional voice or SMS; (4) service interruptions caused by force majeure, hacking, or other events beyond CFJ-LINK's reasonable control.

CFJ-LINK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive damages, or loss of profits, whether or not foreseeable. CFJ-LINK's maximum liability for any single transaction shall not exceed the amount actually paid for that transaction.

88. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, it shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Colorado for resolution by litigation.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding this service and supersede all prior oral or written agreements on the same subject matter.
