11. Scope & Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ('Policy') sets out the standards of conduct required when using CFJ-LINK eSIM data services. This Policy applies to all users accessing the network through the CFJ-LINK platform, whether through individual plans or enterprise API integration.
CFJ-LINK provides a data-only channel service. We are committed to providing stable, high-speed network access for all lawful users while preventing this service from being used for any illegal activity, harassment of others, or destruction of network infrastructure.
22. Expressly Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use CFJ-LINK services for any of the following purposes:
- Transmitting, storing, or distributing any content that violates applicable law, including but not limited to: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content inciting violence or terrorism, copyright-infringing content.
- Initiating or participating in any form of cyberattack, including distributed denial-of-service attacks (DDoS), port scanning, or network penetration testing (without prior explicit authorization from the target system).
- Distributing malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious code that may damage others' systems or data.
- Conducting online fraud, phishing, identity theft, financial fraud, or any activity in violation of AML/CFT regulations.
- Sending unsolicited bulk commercial email (spam) or harassing others in any manner.
- Violating OFAC sanctions or other applicable export control laws by providing services to sanctioned individuals, entities, or countries.
- Illegally wiretapping, monitoring, or intercepting others' network communications.
33. Bandwidth & Network Resource Fair Use
CFJ-LINK network resources are shared among all users. To ensure service quality for all users, the following activities are restricted:
- Sustained high-volume P2P file distribution (BitTorrent etc.), especially exceeding plan fair-use thresholds.
- Using automated scripts or programs to continuously consume bandwidth resources, affecting the normal experience of other users.
- Using technical means to circumvent plan usage limits or quota control mechanisms.
CFJ-LINK reserves the right to apply temporary speed limits to connections exceeding fair-use thresholds during network congestion periods, with affected users notified via account notification.
44. Legal Compliance Obligations
When using CFJ-LINK services, users must comply with the following legal frameworks throughout:
- Telecommunications laws and data transmission regulations of the destination country or region;
- Applicable cybersecurity laws in the user's jurisdiction;
- International data protection standards (such as GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable provisions);
- Applicable sanctions regulations (OFAC, EU sanctions, etc.);
- Applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CFT) laws and regulations.
CFJ-LINK bears no joint liability for any legal liability incurred by users due to violation of the above compliance obligations.
55. Content Liability Principle
CFJ-LINK is a data channel service provider and does not proactively monitor the specific communication content transmitted by users. However, this technical architecture choice does not relieve users of full legal responsibility for all content transmitted through this service.
Users must independently ensure that the content they transmit, the services they access, and the activities they conduct using this service comply with all applicable laws. Users bear full responsibility for any claims arising from their content infringing third-party rights (including but not limited to intellectual property and privacy rights).
66. Enforcement Measures
CFJ-LINK applies the following graduated enforcement measures for violations under this Policy:
- Warning: For first-time minor violations, a warning notice is sent to the account's registered email with a deadline for remediation.
- Temporary Suspension: For repeated violations or moderately serious violations, account access is temporarily suspended pending investigation and clearance.
- Permanent Ban: For violations involving serious illegal content (such as CSAM), cyberattacks, or persistent malicious violations, service is permanently terminated, the device EID is banned, and no refund is provided.
- Law Enforcement Cooperation: For violations involving criminal offenses, CFJ-LINK provides necessary assistance to relevant law enforcement authorities in accordance with the law (see Law Enforcement Cooperation Policy).
In emergencies (such as an ongoing cyberattack), CFJ-LINK reserves the right to suspend service without prior notice.
